TERMS: (just so we don't have any misunderstandings!)

We will design your site using your choice of template design or your designs for a tailor made site. The design of the site remains our copyright other than artwork/photos/text directly supplied by you. We will let you view a draft version of the site before you need to pay. However completion of the Order form commits you to a contract to pay for the service you have signed up for. No payments are refundable. We will register the domain you request subject to availability. This will be a two year registration, but the payment is included in each annual payment. Your contract is for two years but you can cancel after the first year. Your second payment will be the same as the first even if our prices have risen. After two years you can renew again at our then prevailing current prices.

If you do not renew by the due date or arrange transfer, we will be at liberty to display our own page and allow the domain name to expire. If you subsequently decide to renew, there is a £10 re-activation charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that annual payments are made on time. An invoice will be sent to your last known email address.

Your site will be designed in html using normal web design standards including appropriate title and description tags. We will suggest wording for your site which will be good for search engines. We will submit your site to at least five directories including our own. However, we cannot guarantee that your site will appear in these directories. Similarly we cannot guarantee your site’s inclusion in search engines such as Google, Yahoo or Bing. We can provide an extra service payable at an hourly rate to submit your site to other search engines or for paid for advertising. Contact us for more information. We recommend that you use your website details in your other advertising and promote your site by getting one way links from other internet sites and directories.

Extra links on your site after it has passed the design stage to other sites or directories will attach a small charge. We will make up to six other small text changes to your site (lesson price, vehicle details etc) and this is free of charge. You can expand your site at a later stage at a price that we will agree with you but that will be within the normal parameters of our charges.

The website design, maintenance and hosting are part of one complete package. There is no facility for you to upload changes or additions to your site. Similarly there is no facility for the site to be transferred to another hosting provider. If you wish to have a new website built by another designer on different hosting then you are free to do so. We will then ensure you have access to the domain registration so that you can manage renewals yourself and make the appropriate changes to the nameservers. On no account can any images, logos or text used on the site, be used on the new site unless they are as provided by you in the first place – eg if we have produced the logo for your name, we retain as normal practice the copyright for that.

For security reasons we do not make ftp login details available. If you want changes made or uploaded you need to provide them to us. If you employ an SEO consultant who wants to make changes to the site, then you need to get them to send by email the changes required and we will make them. There will be a charge for this depending upon the amount of work required.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of your annual renewal charge before it is due, to the last email address we had for you. If you do not reply to this email, your domain registration will be allowed to expire and your webhosting for the site will come to an end.
